Our Year 4 Foxes, Crickets and Falcons have visited Oxenwood, and our Year 6 Stoats, Adders and Falcons have had a fantastic week at Plas at the same time this week. However, our children who couldn’t make the residentials have had a wonderful week of activities with Mrs Millard. Here are just some of the things they have been up to this week:

Tuesday 6th June – A wet and wild walk from Wingfield

Our children walked from Wingfield to Southwick, stopping at Southwick Country Park for refreshments – the sun even came out for a while to dry us off!

Wednesday 7th June – Conquering new heights at Undercover Rock

We hopped on the minibus on Wednesday, and headed over to Bristol for a day climbing at Undercover Rock. All of our children made it to the top, and were rightly very proud of themselves. All of the staff at Undercover Rock commented on how well-behaved, polite and brave our children were!

Thursday 8th June – Checking out the chickens on the farm

We did something a bit different on Thursday, and visited beautiful Upper Row Farm to meet the animals there. All of the children had the chance to collect eggs and feed some of the animals, and again didn’t let the rain dampen their spirits in the slightest.

Check back here for more updates on our Friday fun early this week.
