We are delighted to have been selected by The Theatre Royal Bath to receive £2,500 as part of their Creative Fund, as a contribution towards the creation of a standalone Art Studio space for our children and the local community.
Rebekah Searle, Chair of The Friends of The Mead, said: “We are grateful to the Theatre Royal Bath Creative Fund for selecting our school to receive this grant. This money, as well as money raised by The Friends, will allow us to provide a fun, safe and creative space for both the children and the community.”
The Creative Fund was established in 2015 through the activities of Theatre Royal Bath Productions, the Theatre Royal’s own production company, which has successfully presented shows in the West End, on national tours and overseas for the past nineteen years. The fund is open to organisations working in all forms of the Arts within a 20 mile radius of the Theatre Royal.
